A passion for travelling

“Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things you didn’t do than by the ones you did do. So throw off the bowlines, sail away from the safe harbor. Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore. Dream. Discover.” – Mark Twain

Once I was finished with high school I decided it was time to see the world. There is no better time to travel then when you are young and unattached. So I moved to England to attend the University of Cambridge. Cambridge is a small town a short drive from London and with its 800-year university one of the most beautiful towns I have ever seen.

Like many students I wanted to use my free time to explore the place I chose to live in. Starting from Cambridge I started to explore England, the UK, Europe and the remaining world. If you are a student or resident in Cambridge or just want to visit the same places I hope my notes can be a help and inspiration for your journey to see the world.
